Refund and Non-Return Policy

At Zoe Sod, we are committed to providing the highest quality sod, freshly cut for you on the day of delivery. Please read our refund and non-return policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

1. Final Sale Policy:

As-Is Sales: All sales are final upon receipt of the merchandise. All sod is sold "as-is," with no returns and no guarantees.

2. No Guarantee:

Sod Guarantee: Please note that sod is NEVER guaranteed. We do not offer any warranty or guarantee on the sod once it is delivered.

3. Delivery Conditions:

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strive to meet your delivery window, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Freshly Cut Sod: We do not stock cut sod. All our sod is freshly cut on the day of delivery to ensure the best quality.

4. Non-Return Policy:

No Returns: We have a strict no-return policy. Once the sod has been delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

No Refunds: If you decide that you no longer want the sod upon its arrival for delivery, we will not refund your money. All sales are final once the delivery is made.

5. Special Instructions:

Delivery Requests: Any special requests for delivery (including specific drop-off locations) must be communicated directly to the driver at the time of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure these instructions are clear and feasible.

6. Customer Responsibility:

On-Site Presence: It is highly recommended that the customer be on-site during delivery to ensure the material and delivery meet their expectations.

Absence at Delivery: If the customer is not present to receive the materials, the product will be left in front of the property. Collection and safeguarding of the product are at the customer's own risk.

7. Additional Charges:

Cancellation Fees: Refund requests made up to the day before the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of $50 to cover card processing fees. Refund requests made on the day of delivery will incur a fee of $200 to cover operational costs incurred at the farm.

8. Damage and Liability:

Delivery Damage: Zoe Sod is not responsible for any damage to personal property that occurs during the delivery process or as a result of the delivery.

9. Changes to Policy:

Policy Modifications: Zoe Sod reserves the right to modify this refund and non-return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

By placing an order with Zoe Sod, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund and non-return policy.
