Final Sale Policy: All sales are final upon receipt of merchandise, with no returns accepted.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We strive to meet your delivery window, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Special Delivery Requests: Any special requests for delivery (including specific drop-off locations) must be communicated directly to the driver at the time of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure these instructions are clear and feasible.

Customer Responsibility: The customer assumes all responsibility for the material, its condition, and the placement of the pallet once it is dropped off at the job site. We highly recommend that the customer be on-site during delivery to ensure the material and delivery meet their expectations.

Absence at Delivery: If the customer is not present to receive the materials, the product will be left in front of the property. Collection and safeguarding of the product are at the customer's own risk. America Sod is not responsible for any damage to personal property that occurs during the delivery process or as a result of the delivery.

Refund Policy:

Up to the Day Before Delivery: Refunds requested up to the day before delivery will incur a $50 fee to cover card processing fees.

On the Day of Delivery: Refunds requested on the day of delivery will incur a $200 fee to cover operational costs incurred at the farm.

Damage and Liability: Zoe Sod is not liable for any damage to personal property caused during delivery. This includes but is not limited to, driveways, lawns, or landscaping. Customers should ensure that the delivery area is accessible and safe for the delivery vehicle and driver.

Product Condition: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery. Any concerns about the condition of the product must be addressed immediately with the driver before they leave the site.

Weather Conditions: Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In such cases, Zoe Sod will make every effort to inform customers and reschedule deliveries as soon as possible.
